General InformationmoreThe Department of Leadership and Organization Management recruits Master's students in Enterprise Management as well as doctoral students in Human Resources Development and Management. The Department offers the doctoral degree in Business Administration (first tier). It also provides a wide range of compulsory and elective courses in Management, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior for MBA, part-time MBA, IMBA, EMBA, EDP programs. The Department is strong in research. Currently, it has several ongoing projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and a number of others supported by the Ministry of Education, Tsinghua SEM and established corporations. The Department is closely connected with internationally renowned universities and researchers, and contributes to advanced academic studies as well as business reform and development in China.
