SEM Undergraduates Ranked Runner-up in CBS International Case Competition




COPENHAGEN – On March 23, in Copenhagen Business School International Case Competition, Tsinghua SEM representative team consisting of Zhou Mi, Wang Qingxi, Jiang Yue, Wang Yiding ranked runner-up in the final contest. This is the first time for Tsinghua SEM to send undergraduates to attend world-wide international case competition and also achieved high ranking.


This year’s CBS case competition invites 12 undergraduate teams from 12 world-class business schools. Tsinghua SEM ranked runner-up while University of British Columbia from Canada became the final winner.


CBS international case competition is a famous Europe-based student-run case competition. Every year, it invites undergraduates from all over the globe to attend and this has been the fifth year since its incipience. The competition demands high standards of academic knowledge, analytical skills, presentation skills as well as teamwork spirit. It has gradually evolved to become an important stage for international business schools to communicate and exchange with each other.


Tsinghua SEM team was coached by Professor Duan Zhirong and led by Mr. Zhu Tao.
